Holly Creek is owned and managed by Christian Living Communities (CLC), a faith-based, not-for-profit organization and one of the most respected providers of senior housing and healthcare in the Denver area since 1972.
Holly Creek is a continuing care community that provides increasing levels of assistance (if and when needed) designed to meet the changing health and service needs of seniors.
Who is qualified to become a Holly Creek resident?
You or your spouse must be at least 62 years of age and financially able to meet the terms of the Care and Residency Agreement.
Does Holly Creek have an Entry Fee?
Yes. An entrance fee is a single, up-front payment that gives you three key benefits, guaranteed access to all levels of health care, a home for the rest of your life should you outlive your financial resources through no fault of your own, you will never be asked to leave Holly Creek, and a guarantee of a 10% discount on future health care services such as assisted living or skilled nursing care.
Is the Entry Fee refundable?
Absolutely! You recoup 90% of your entrance fee to pass on to your heirs – or you may use your refund to fund future care if needed.
What is included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee includes maintenance on your home inside and out, housekeeping services, meal credits, emergency call service, fitness programs and more. For a full list of services and amenities please contact us.
What are the dining options?
Holly Creek offers a very unique flexible dining program. Included in the monthly fee is a meal credit that you can use any day, any way you like at our 3 restaurants with individual menu options. Heart healthy choices are always available and guests are welcome. Keep in mind that each of our apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, so you may cook whenever you wish.
Do you have parking?
Yes, underground parking is available. A fully refundable fee applies.
