Holly Creek is a continuing care retirement community, designed to support seniors moving through life transitions without compromising their lifestyle or the quality of health services they receive.

Our residents have guaranteed access to complete professional health care services including assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing-all on the same campus. This ensures couples remain together should their health needs change over time. It also eliminates the frenzy of finding quality care should a health emergency arise.

Our health services also are offered--space available--to seniors living throughout Colorado who require rehabilitation, respite care, assisted living, or long-term nursing care. Length of stay varies depending on the need of each individual.

For those with Alzheimer's or dementia, our memory support area features apartment homes built around a secure garden to allow safe enjoyment of the outdoors. This area also includes a private spa. Our activities teach and build upon life skills to preserve independence.

Health programs
All of our health-centered enrichment programs embrace activity and independence. Our services are centered around our residents and guests, meaning we design activities to fit their needs and schedule, not ours.  Their life rhythms should stay in sync for whatever works best for them.

Want breakfast at 11 a.m.?  No problem.  Have dietary restrictions?  You can meet with our dietician to customize a dining plan tailored to your needs.  Have a bad knee?  Weak back?  Achy joints?  Our fitness instructor develops specific fitness programs unique to your conditions and current abilities.

We continuously evolve our health programs to meet your needs. For example, we recently introduced "It's Never 2 Late," a program designed to introduce seniors to the world of technology. This empowers them to keep abreast of how the world communicates and keep their minds sharp.
